If you ordered our food in Singapore: No freezing is required! You can serve Petchef food directly from the packaging without any need for refrigeration. If you have leftovers after opening a pack, simply store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to keep the food fresh and safe for your pet to enjoy later.
